Join me in a sacred space as we gather as women have done for hundreds of year.
I know that becoming a mother can be one of the most transformational experiences of our lives, if we let it.
That’s what they used to honour, in villages. And that’s why nurturing mothers was a priority. The world benefits when we can step into what’s being asked of us here, fully and gracefully.
As mothers, we’re the Heart and Soul of our family. If that Heart and Soul is functioning suboptimally, so is the whole family unit.
But you’re not meant to do it alone so come and let me nuture you.

Your heart and an invitation to share what is really going on as you are held by me and witnessed by your fellow sisters,
Ancient Earth Wisdom practices that will awaken your own mothering instincts,
Your own channel of knowing, that we aren’t taught to honour and nurture in this modern world,
Nourishing your nervous system and guidance on practices to sustain you,
More compassion for yourself and the way you show up in life. And in turn, you’ll become a beacon for your children to have the same compassion for themselves and others. The world needs more of that;
