Many mothers come to this circle feeling frazzled, uncertain, and unsure of how to be in their own body and mind. They are looking for answers, guidance, something practical to hold onto. And yet, what they often most need is space ,to simply settle, to breathe, to be met.
In this circle, we come together as women, six mothers and their babies, in a safe, welcoming space. We sit, we share, we witness, we hold. All that you bring is welcome. The Rooted Mother Circle is a simple return.

This six-week circle is an invitation back to yourself, your body, your mind, your presence, through earth-rooted practices, shared witness, and sacred feminine connection.
That’s what they used to honour in villages, and that’s why nurturing mothers was a priority. The world benefits when we can step into what’s being asked of us here, fully and gracefully, and as mothers we’re the heart and soul of our family, so if that heart and soul is functioning suboptimally, so is the whole family unit. But you’re not meant to do it alone, so come and let me nurture you.
